The designs were hand selected by Robin the boy wonder Clarke, The Gardens' owner and great huge little girl of Jennie Butchart, in assessment with an specialist from Northern Carolina. The designs were done by some of the few staying carvers of carousel art. Each creature is designed from basswood and took many months to complete.
